The Chicken Teriyaki was also tasty, especially with its rich and flavorful teriyaki sauce. It would be even better if it wasnβt mixed with the thousand island salad dressing, so the teriyaki flavor can really shine. The service was friendly and attentive, making the dining experience even nicer. The restaurantβs atmosphere is calm and comfortable, perfect for enjoying a meal and conversations. And the sweetest part, we received a complimentary cake for our anniversary, which was a thoughtful and appreciated gesture! Shichirin Japanese Restaurant provided an AMAZING experience! My husband and I were able to try the restaurantβs delicious breakfast, room service, cocktail bar and special dinner menus. Every meal was made with intent, patience and a lot of passion. I am very grateful for all of the staff. They were very professional and still took time to personalize our experience, by remembering our names and having brief polite check in with us each day. The atmosphere was also very calm and soothing. I highly recommend trying Shichirin Japanese Restaurant if you are staying near Seminyak area.
Wow, what a hidden gem . It was pouring rain and our plans to go to seminyak Beach ended, so I started a google search and thought, "Let's do Teppinyaki " Google's best near Seminyak came up with Shichirin. Quick look at the menu gave me Nobu vibes. Lets just say this place did not let us down. Caught a grab from our villa and ended up going down some dark shady back streets and in the back of my head thinking where the hell is he taking us... next to a big empty paddock behind some houses in a dark dead end it appears. We did 7 courses and 2 cocktails each with Jack fruit creme Broulee to finish they brand the sugar in front of you. Ended up costing $200 Australian dollars, worth every penny. It was disappointing that noone else was eating next to us, I felt bad for the staff, but hey, all attention on us. The staff were so much fun and fantastic conversations, service 15/10 presentation 15/10 and the food actually gives Nobu a run for its money . We will definitely be back, maybe even before we leave in a few days. Love giving them a 5 review but sad we may have to book months ahead once word gets around how amazing it is. The restaurant food was outstanding every single day. We had breakfast and either lunch or dinner there every single day. The staff were unbelievably friendly. Firda and Karina were welcoming hosts. Windu, Deva, Darma and Mita were also extremely kind and caring. I wish I could remember the other names. Also the coffee without fail was the most consistent and yummy coffee I've had. Coming from Aus that is saying something! Would recommend this restaurant to everyone!
Our experience at Schichirin was incredible. The staff were genuinely lovely, super friendly, and kept us entertained with magic tricks and impressive grill skills β we loved it. The food was divine and beautifully crafted. Our favourites were the nigiri tower and the salmon. Iβm always honest in my reviews, so the only improvements Iβd suggest are the Japanese rice, which was slightly overcooked, and the scallops, which were a bit overdone too β though still tasty overall.

They serve authentic japanese cuisine. Restaurant have a really great ambiance and ofcourse their food was really fresh, delicious and i loved the presentation. Everything ive tried were really good. They also have teppanyaki. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone craving for japanese food.
Firda, Karina, Rayna, Purnama, Ayu, Dewa Ayu, Rian (and especially Firda) were all INCREDIBLE! They spoke to us so kindly, checked in and followed up with us every time we sat in the restaurant. They took care of everyone very quickly and efficiently. They were kind, polite and friendly! Coming to breakfast was one of my favorite parts of the day. The team and the food were wonderful. Sometimes the food was served warm as opposed to hot, but thatβs just my preference. There were fresh varieties of breads, fruits, Indian and Indonesian cuisines along with many of standard breakfast foods where I am from. I visited mainly during the free breakfast, but had dinner there too (~250k). This was a delightful stay. The restaurant and the food and the staff were great!
